HOW WE’RE TAKING THE RIGHT ACTIONS

Beyond our existing stringent standards, we have increased the frequency of cleaning procedures, including disinfecting high-touch surfaces and high traffic areas. The LUXEYE team and stores will be fully equipped with masks and protective shields, and we will be requiring all customers to wear face coverings or masks in addition to implementing social distancing initiatives. Here are the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

CUSTOMER AND PATIENT SAFETY PROTOCOLS

  • Mask Requirement

  • 6-feet social distance

  • surface and frame disinfection regime 

  • Limitation of entry and capacity at once.

LUXEYE TEAM SAFETY MEASURES

  • Written safety plan in place at each store in accordance to official standards and requirements

  • Free PPE Equipments to staff at all times

  • Training and guideline on personal hygiene and new safety protocols for all staff

STORE OPERATIONAL SAFETY MEASURES

  • Decreased appointment capacity by 60% and more to restrict the number of people within each store at a given time

  • Counter plexiglass shields are in place at all necessary places

  • Modified hours of operation and reduced staffing (see below)

  • Disinfection of all frames, surfaces, and equipments frequently and after each encounter with patient or customer.
